Biography
Thomas practised as a solo commercial real estate attorney in West Hartford for two decades before joining the firm as of counsel in 2019. He represents investors, owner-occupiers, landlords and tenants in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing.
Thomas is a former member of a municipal zoning board of appeals, which gives him practical insight into variances, special permits and the questions boards ask. He regularly coordinates 1031 exchanges and works with estate planning clients on real estate held in trusts and family LLCs.
