Biography
Daniel joined the firm in 2021 after clerking for a judge of the Connecticut Superior Court. He works with founders and small business owners on formation, operating agreements and founder equity, and handles contract drafting and review for the firm's outside general counsel clients.
On transactions, Daniel manages data rooms and disclosure schedules alongside Marcus Adeyemi. He is bilingual in English and Spanish and volunteers with a Hartford small business legal clinic.

- Formed and documented a four-founder software company, including vesting and IP assignment, ahead of a seed round.
- Built a contract playbook and template library for a specialty food distributor's sales team.
