Biography
Nadia joined the firm in 2018 after three years in the employment group of a Stamford firm. She advises employers on handbooks, leave and accommodation, restrictive covenants, investigations and separations, and defends charges before the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities and the EEOC.
She runs the firm's HR hotline retainer program and delivers manager training sessions on documentation, harassment prevention and Connecticut Paid Leave. Nadia is fluent in French and conversational in Yoruba.
